From callers to your business
When a caller contacts your business and receives an automated message, we may process the caller’s phone number, message replies such as postcode or issue, and the date and time of calls and messages.
CCC only processes information provided directly by the caller as part of responding to a missed call.
How We Use Information
We use information to deliver the CCC service, send automated SMS replies to missed callers, notify business users of replies, display activity and estimates within the CCC dashboard, manage billing and customer support, and improve service reliability.
Caller data is not used for marketing, advertising, or resale.
